Bob's Bean Pod documents the beauty sleep of Bob that lasts for five hours but is condensed into an eleven minute trilogy just for the viewers of this short film. Bob laughs, Bob cries, Bob runs around, rings people, goes to the toilet and does everything. These days he's all grown up and all alone but he remembers a time when there was another guy named Bob too. Shot on a Panasonic GS-120 over three separate days on three locations (Hattaway Avenue, wider Musick Point and Albert Park) in Auckland, Bob's Bean Pod also used made use of ADR and a little old keyboard. This film is the first to be shot primarily outdoors. Motif overkill is the general philosophy behind this film. No one dies, but it is a rather sad film. A must see. Maybe. |

My blog is here, or you can click back on your browser assuming that's how you got here. You can email me at: neoslimdog@gmail.com, which is also a .net passport so you can also message me on MSN. I don't use a cell phone. Well, I do, but I think publishing the number here would be a mistake. I'm not sure why though. But it'd probably be smart not such a thing do to. Waves of reverse sentence order word. I think, have a good day and see you some time. Thanks for visiting. Here are some magnolia (or whatever) petals:
