Simple Genetics Notes :

------------------------------------------------------------------------------

A LB Can Be Split CFW But a CFW can Not Be Split for LB.

A (NG or F) can Be Split For LB but can not also be Split for CFW.

A NG Can be Split for F and LB or F and CFW but not F, CFW and LB at The Same Time.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------

A Dominant Mutation Can Never Be a Split Mutation,

Meaning You Can't Say That a Zebra is Split BF, FC, GC, DS or CR.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------

A CFW Male Produces CFW Chick Hens From Mating The CFW Father To Any Color Mother Hen.

Same Thing, A F Male Produces F Chick Hens From Mating The F Father To Any Color Mother Hen.

Also, A LB Male Produces a LB Chick (Hens) From Mating The LB Father To Any Color Mother Hen.

"An Exception" : A CFW Male Mated To a LB Hen Can Produce LB Males Also Will Be Split CFW.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Hens Can Not Be Split For a Sex-Link Mutation, While Males can.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Mating a Recessive Mutation To Any Male Or Hen Will Result That ALL The Chicks

Will Be Carrying The Father's or Mothers Recessive Mutation.
